Jeremy Stephens scored a potentially big win over Josh Emmett on Saturday at UFC on Fox 28. How he got there is where things get interesting. The hard-slugging Stephens appeared to commit multiple fouls en route to a second-round KO victory over Emmett. This week the Co-Main Event Podcast asks: What can be done about how MMA enforces its rules? Should we just rip up the current playbook at start all over again? Does anybody even care?
